1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the website at saasguidesolutions.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. SaaS Guide Solutions is a consulting and software development business operating under the laws of British Columbia, Canada. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site.

2. Services

SaaS Guide Solutions provides Go-To-Market (GTM) consulting, Revenue Operations (RevOps) advisory, and software product development services. Services are provided on a consulting, fractional, or project basis as agreed upon between the parties. Specific engagement terms, scope, and deliverables will be outlined in separate service agreements.

3. Consultations and Bookings

Discovery calls and consultations booked through the Site are complimentary and provided for informational purposes. Booking a consultation does not create a binding obligation for either party to enter into a paid engagement. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel consultations at our discretion.

4. Beta Testing and Product Trials

SaaS Guide Solutions may offer access to software products in development or testing phases (including but not limited to SpeedySheets and Whistler Intel). By participating in any beta test or free trial, you agree to the following:

• No Exchange of Money: Beta testing and free trial access are provided at no cost. No payment is required, and no compensation will be provided to testers.
• Confidentiality: All software, features, interfaces, documentation, and information shared during beta testing are confidential. You agree not to disclose, share, reproduce, screenshot, or distribute any aspect of the beta product to any third party without prior written consent.
• Feedback: Any feedback, suggestions, bug reports, or ideas you provide during testing may be used by SaaS Guide Solutions without restriction or obligation to you.
• No Warranty: Beta and trial software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Features may change, be removed, or become unavailable without notice.
• Data: Data entered during beta testing may be deleted at any time. Do not rely on beta software for production or business-critical operations.
• Termination: We may revoke beta access at any time, for any reason, without notice.
• Non-Disclosure Duration: Confidentiality obligations survive for two (2) years after the end of your beta participation or until the product is publicly released, whichever comes first.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, documents, checklists, and software, is the property of SaaS Guide Solutions and is protected by Canadian and international intellectual property laws. You may download materials made available for personal or internal business use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without written permission.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Submit false or misleading information through any form on the Site
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Site
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Site
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SaaS Guide Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or any services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100 CAD, whichever is greater.
